Provide architectural and engineering (A-E) services for the development and finalization of this project's DD1391; and complete A-E services to provide full design and construction documentation of renovating Building 3013 for current Marine Unit . Work includes repairs to the following items: exterior metal siding, roof, metal structure as needed, windows, exterior and interior doors, flooring, drywall, gutters, ceiling tiles, ceiling insulation, plastic covered batts, exterior ladder, restrooms, AC units, and air compressor piping. Electrical work to include repairs to receptacles, transformers, panel boards, lighting equipment, and rewiring the deteriorated interior electrical distribution. Project will also perform interior and exterior painting, repairs to Telecom ISP, temporary office trailers to be used by the activity while the building is being repaired, and add humidity controlled spaces for machinery. All areas within this project shall be in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations, & shall include but not limited to AT/FP, Security, Fire Protection, Seismic, Accessibility, ASHRAE and energy codes and standards. Work shall also include but not limited to communicating and coordinating with all MCBH stakeholders and NAVFAC agencies involved with this project, along with setting up design presentations & meetings, distributing deliverables and thorough & complete site surveys/investigations. The MCBH Design & Construction Standard (dated 11 Feb 2021) shall be followed as well as any updated requirements.
