*Maximo WO# GKHBRF (DESIGN)** Project scope involves 1. Overhaul pumps and piping – Replace pumps, pump motors, valves, fittings and associated piping (replace effluent piping to aboveground plug valve). This work will require a bypass of the lift station wet well structure. Bypass provisions shall provide the same performance duty point as the existing lift station with 100% pumping redundancy in accordance with 10-States Standard criterion for duplex pump configurations. KTR shall monitor and maintain the interim bypass system at all times and provide emergency response as necessary to prevent system overflows/spills. Existing lift station equipment will not be made available for the KTR’s use. Provide spare pump. 2. Reseal the interior wet well surfaces – Clean and reseal the interior surfaces of the wet well structure with approved epoxy-based commercial sealant that is specifically made for such wastewater applications. KTR shall be responsible for all associated wet well cleaning, prepping and waste disposal. Include EV sampling & testing for potential HAZMAT (lead; asbestos). 3. Electrical - Replace existing motor control center and associated electrical wiring/conduits from the meter into the station. 4. Structure Rebuild exterior structure and roof for station pumps and controls. Walls are dilapidated and needs structural repair for continued use and occupancy. 4. Prepare AM & EV project documentation -- reconcile pertinent site design details/provisions with CI DC.
