Provide architectural and engineering (A-E) services for the development and finalization of this project's DD1391; and complete A-E services to provide full design and construction documentation for demolishing B6117. Project shall demolish the transformer building structure, abate hazardous materials as required, provide archaeological monitoring, and restore the footprint to match the existing surrounding area. Work shall also include but not be limited to communicating and coordinating with all MCBH stakeholders and NAVFAC agencies involved with this project, along with setting up design presentations and meetings, distributing deliverables and thorough/complete site surveys and investigations. The MCBH Design & Construction Standard (dated 11 Feb 2021) shall be followed as well as any updated documents.
