The scope of work for this project is the provision of organic waste processing services (OWPS) involving the design, permitting, construction, operation, maintenance and handover of an organic waste processing facility (OWPS Facility) located on a City-owned Site. The Preferred Proponent is expected to enter into an OWPS Contract for the provision of the scope of work, and a Land Lease Agreement (Lease Agreement) for development of the OWPS Facility on the City-owned Site as referenced in RFP Section B1.1(k) – Contracts and Agreements.
