ORGANIZATION READINESS LEADERSHIP SUPPORT

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a firm-fixed price, commercial contract to the Institute for Women Leadership, 495 Seaport Court, Redwood City CA 94063, on a sole source basis for the technical expertise and management support services to the Customer Account Data Engine (CADE 2) Program - Organization Readiness Leadership Support. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Internal Revenue Serice requires a contractor to demonstrate the ability to design, develop and deliver Contrextual Leadership/High performance workshop sessions and individual leadership coaching support in accordance to the following: High Performance On-Site Workshops Sessions - The keynote speaker shall work with the IRS to address high performance organizational readiness by helping surface key organizational considerations for the programs, supporting contextual leadership agreement on future issues. The contractor shall particapate in working sessions where analysis of the established role-based access controls are examined in the context of deciding if too much or little privileges are assigned to any particular group. One on One Contextual Coaching Support - The contractor will provide support services to MITS Cade 2 endeavors by performing One-on-One contextual Coaching sessions that contain a set of checklists for each project organized based on the IRS leadership environment. The contractor shall help to coach the IRS leaders to adopt the contextual leadership approach during one-one-one sessions tailor to individual needs. Leading Change Support - the vendors keynote speaker will provide knowledge and expertise in the ability to demonstrate leading change support that illustrate the MITS future processes intoexisting business functionalities. This will include contextual leadership planning and execution support for Organizational Readiness at the governments work site. BACKGROUND: To meet its aggressive timetable for transition State 1 and 2, the IRS is seeking to obtain "Contextual Leadership services with a vendor that has experience working within the complex leadership Information Technology (IT) organizations. The IRS is deveolping and implementing planning, control and governance processes to assure successfull delivery of Tranisition State 1 and 2. A critical component of successfully implementing these processes is to ensure that the IRS develops a high performance team across a large and complex organization.
