The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Fort Meade, Maryland intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Brandes Associates, Inc. 9220 Kimmer Drive, Suite 175, Lone Tree, CO 80124. The objective of this procurement is to procure brand name, commercial off-the-shelf, SIG software and field service representative support. This contract action is to provide competent and responsive maintenance support to sustain operations of the BAI SIG systems located at the NGC�s, to include operational, life cycle and OMS Sustainment Facility (OSF) support. Life cycle maintenance includes software maintenance, database updates, testing, security compliance engineering, engineering support and system administration. The SIG must be maintained at a level, which supports the DISA 99.9% availability management threshold in support of the Warfighter and security requirements necessary to maintain operational accreditation. In addition, this effort will renew annual Syndeo Software. Syndeo software provides OMS the necessary capabilities to interoperate between the Department of Defense (DoD) Military Services/Agencies and the United States Intelligence Community�s (IC) Information Transport Service/Organizational Messaging (ITS/OM). This is not a request for competitive proposals. Requests for copies of this contract action will not be honored unless the respondent provides evidence showing their capability to perform the required services. The proposed contract action is for software and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) and FAR 16.505(a)(4). A Justification and Approval for sole source by the Government will be posted and made available no later than 14 days after award.
