Solicitation # 80JSC027R0004
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Johnson Space Center is soliciting proposals under solicitation 80JSC027R0004 for the Commercial Low Earth Orbit Destination Contract. This effort seeks a Multi-Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract, utilizing a Firm-Fixed-Price structure, for the design, development, manufacture, launch, and operation of a Commercial LEO Destination System to succeed the International Space Station. The system comprises three primary components: the Crew Transportation System, the Commercial LEO Destination, and the Cargo Transportation System. Performance is measured across three capability categories ranging from one-month crew tended missions to six-month standard service missions. The contract includes a base ordering period from April 2027 through April 2035, with two subsequent option periods extending the potential performance through April 2042. Proposals are due by December 8, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Central Time, with Volume III regarding past performance requested early on November 24, 2026.
