Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of adaptive accessibility equipment and related support services for the OSU Extension Outdoor School Program from Doan-Nation INC as a sole source because of the uniqueness of the goods and/or services and the contractor being the only provider able to meet critical parameters or timeframes to support the business needs of the university. The required services include individualized accessibility consultation, access to and management of adaptive equipment, statewide equipment delivery, deployment and retrieval, equipment maintenance and operational readiness, and coordination with schools and Outdoor School providers throughout Oregon.
