Outside Counsel - IT Legal Support

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) has issued Request for Qualifications (RFQ) HHS0017298v2 to secure Outside Legal Counsel specializing in information technology and intellectual property law. The selected firm will provide legal representation, advice, and assistance regarding complex matters including data privacy and security, artificial intelligence, risk management, dispute resolution, and IT compliance with federal and state regulations.
