Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requires the depot-level overhaul, maintenance, repair, and preservation of one 30-foot Barrier Boat, identified as hull 30BB0701. This firm-fixed-price contract, designated as a 100% total small business set-aside for HUBZone and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, encompasses a comprehensive scope of work including dry-docking, structural hull repairs, fendering, and the servicing of propulsion, electrical, steering, and auxiliary systems. The project concludes with mandatory dock and sea trials to ensure the vessel is fully mission-capable and seaworthy. All work must be completed within three months from the date of award and delivery of the vessel to the contractor's facility, with performance occurring at the shipyard in Kittery, Maine, or the contractor's own site. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment, adhering to strict quality control standards and operational security requirements to protect sensitive information and controlled unclassified information.
