THIS PURCHASE IS TO BE AWARDED UNDER SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES AND OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION AS AUTHORIZED UNDER FAR 6.302-1. THE AWARD DATE IS ANTICIPATED TO BE JULY 07, 2003. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE AND TELEPHONE OR FAX OR E-MAIL REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED.
