DESCRIPTION:  The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to provide the overhaul of the following assets:

The proposed contractual action will result in a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), 5- year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) overhaul contract, with the quantity listed above. These items are NOT commercial items; FAR Part 12 will NOT be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. This item is listed as a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This procurement is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Inc. CAGE: 78286) as they are the only Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD) approved source. The listed contractor is also the only source that has the technical data necessary to perform this acquisition.  There is a DMWR for this requirement, DMWR 1-1615-374.
