Overview of Fielding Agile Supplies, Support and Training Enhancing Readiness (FASSTER)

The Fielding Agile Supplies, Support and Training Enhancing Readiness (FASSTER) initiative is a planned Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract designed to succeed the FASST contract, with the goal of providing critical hardware and support services to the Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA). This effort focuses on enabling the transition of existing and newly developed military hardware from development through full-rate production and into fielding, covering a broad range of equipment categories including electronic and electrical components, training and test equipment, parachute systems, installation and maintenance kits, mounting equipment, and shop tools. The scope further expands to include Class II items and support for additional program offices, with an emphasis on hardware resulting from engineering change proposals, material work orders, and pre-fielding failure resolutions.
