The purpose of this RFQ is to establish an annual requirements contract with a qualified vendor to establish a rental agreement for certain cylinders and provide routine services for rental or customer owned cylinders. Routine services will include refilling cylinders with Medical Grade Oxygen and Hydro-testing of cylinders as required. The complete Request for Quote can ONLY BE viewed by logging into PInG with a registered vendor account. Setup of a vendor account is free and is required to view the complete solicitation and submit a quote. Only quotes submitted through PInG by a registered vendor will be considered. Quotes submitted by any other method such as paper responses will not be considered.
