Constructs a single-story Test Facility (TF) on a reinforced concrete foundation. The TF is a single-story, insulated precast concrete and insulated metal wall panel building over a steel frame superstructure. The roof structure will include a single slope, mechanically seamed metal panel roof system. The building provides space for maintenance bays and one drive-through aisle. The building will also provide space for tool and parts storage, restrooms, office spaces for direct supervision (non-administrative), mechanical/electrical equipment rooms for building support and environmental control equipment to support high-capacity environmental control systems and all associated interior/exterior systems to support the building operations. - Built-in equipment includes one bridge crane (25-tons), four air handling units with air cooled chillers, a compressed air system, a fire pump, and an emergency natural gas fired generator. - Demolition includes seven buildings: 521, 522, 523, 524, 1459, 1586, 534, and 633. Site preparation includes clearing and grubbing, grading, excavation, fill, and appropriate compaction. - Includes the reconfiguration of off-site roadways/intersections are required as part of this project to allow sufficient turn radius maneuvering of the RMS (rocket motor semitrailer) flatbed transport trailer between the explosive handling gate to the CLWS magazine, CPS Maintenance, Operations, and Storage (CMOS) Facility, Test Facility, and R3 pier.
