Demolition and removal of HQ building at Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge, Marion, Illinois, Williamson County PROJECT CONSISTS OF: Demolishing and removing from the site the existing one-story 10,000 SF, slab-on-grade building, transformer and pad, and utilities. Interior geothermal manifold and upstream lines are left in place during demolition. Asbestos Abatement has already been performed. Existing slab is to remain. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is issued as a set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238910, Site Preparation Contractors, with a size standard of $15 Million.
