The work is to be performed at the VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS) La Jolla campus located at 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, California 92161 and at the VA Mission Valley Outpatient Clinic and Regional Office located at 8810 Rio San Diego Drive, San Diego, California 92108. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for other than full and open competition is being prepared in support of this acquisition.
