Solicitation P26-0410 is an informal competitive request for quotes issued by the California Department of Food and Agriculture for the procurement of 100 gallons of Liquid Cuelure and 100 gallons of Liquid Methyl Eugenol. Bidders may claim preferences for Small Business or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise status, provided they perform a commercially useful function. Payment for undisputed invoices will be processed within 45 days in accordance with the California Prompt Payment Act. Bids that reference the supplier's own terms and conditions or fail to include freight, shipping, and handling charges within the unit pricing will be considered non-responsive and rejected.
