Solicitation BPM059599 is a fixed-price secondary competition for the Maryland Department of Human Services, Office of Technology for Human Services, to procure a new Palo Alto Cloud Next-Generation Firewall. The scope of work includes the purchase of new and unused software, specifically Software NGFW Credits (SKU: PAN-SOFTWARE-NGFW-CR) to deploy AI Runtime Security, VM-Series, CN-Series, Subscription Services, Strata Cloud Manager, and Virtual Panorama. These licenses and support services are for a 365-day term, and the place of performance is located at 25 South Charles Street, Baltimore, Maryland. Eligibility is strictly limited to Master Contractors awarded under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract 060B2490021 who are also authorized resellers for Palo Alto. Bidders must submit proposals via email to Shionna McCarty by November 16, 2026, and include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price, estimated lead times, and all applicable terms and conditions, such as the EULA. Pricing must remain valid for at least 90 days following the due date. One-time pricing is billed within 30 days of acceptance, while annual pricing is billed on the contract start date and subsequent anniversaries. SaaS products are subject to the additional terms specified in the Data Use Agreement.
