PANEL, AIR CONTROL

The contract is for the procurement of two units of a PANEL, AIR CONTROL identified by NSN 6110-01-111-0263 under solicitation SPE7M1-26-T-192W, with a required delivery date of 168 days after award and FOB origin delivery terms. All supplies must comply with DLA packaging requirements per MIL-STD-2073-1E and marking standards per MIL-STD-129, with no special marking required. Packaging must be palletized according to DLA guidelines, and the product must be shipped to the specified DLA Distribution facility in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. The contract strictly prohibits the intentional addition of mercury or mercury-containing compounds in or on the hardware, except for approved functional uses such as batteries, fluorescent lamps, sensors, or weapon systems as defined by NAVSEA. Portable fluorescent lamps and instruments containing mercury must include a secondary containment barrier in accordance with NAVSEA 5100-003D. Sampling and inspection follow MIL-STD-1916 or a comparable zero-based plan, with critical, major, and minor attributes assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II, or AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively; any unspecified attributes are treated as major, and acceptance requires zero non-conformances unless otherwise stated. Inspection and acceptance occur at the destination, and the quantity variance is fixed at zero percent. The technical data package is unavailable, and compliance with the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements referenced by R or I numbers is mandatory. The unit of issue is each (EA), and the contract enforces full adherence to all applicable quality and environmental stipulations as defined by DLA and DoD standards.
