The Alabama Board of Funeral Services is seeking a qualified vendor to provide printing, processing, and distribution services for license pocket cards. The scope includes the production of four specific card types: Single, Dual, Tri, and Preneed Sales Agent licenses. Services encompass routine printing for new, replacement, or corrected cards, as well as bulk printing during biennial renewal periods, with estimated volumes of 3,000 cards in even-numbered years and 1,500 in odd-numbered years. The vendor must adhere to strict production timelines, delivering routine requests within three business days and bulk requests within ten business days. All cards must meet agency-approved specifications for dimensions, materials, and finish, and the vendor is responsible for secure data handling, professional packaging, and distribution via mailing or delivery. This procurement is conducted as an Annual Quick Quote with a not-to-exceed contract value of 25,000 dollars. The state reserves the right to evaluate bids based on cost realism and price reasonableness, and may request proof of professional licenses and insurance certificates. The contract is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, with the City of Montgomery serving as the sole venue for litigation. Vendors must be registered with E-Verify and comply with state tax certifications. Payment will be based on actual services performed and must be accepted via electronic methods such as P-cards or EFT. The state maintains the right to inspect all products after delivery, and any vendor-attributed errors must be corrected at no additional cost to the agency.

This solicitation issued by The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), a department of Texas Region 8 Education Service Center, seeks to establish indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts for paper supplies used in printing and copying. The contracts resulting from this solicitation will allow TIPS members, which include public entities and qualifying non-profit organizations across the nation, to adopt or "piggyback" on these agreements to procure the specified goods and services as needed over a fixed period. Since there is no specific project scope, the contract serves as a standing resource for members to meet their ongoing paper needs during the contract term, which is expected to be between five million and twenty million dollars. Current holders of TIPS Contract 211201 for printing and copying paper are required to respond to this solicitation to avoid a lapse in their coverage unless they already possess another current TIPS contract that fully covers their paper offerings. The new contract will replace the expiring 211201 agreement. Conversely, organizations already holding a different TIPS contract that adequately covers their paper needs are not obligated to respond unless they wish to hold both contracts. The solicitation was posted on December 5, 2024, with a response deadline of January 17, 2025, and is managed through the TIPS procurement portal, with a designated point of contact for inquiries.

This is a solicitation issued by The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), a department of Texas Region 8 Education Service Center.  It is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity ("IDIQ") solicitation.  It will result in contracts that provide, through adoption/"piggyback" an indefinite quantity of supplies/services, during a fixed period of time, to TIPS public entity and qualifying non-profit "TIPS Members" throughout the nation.  Thus, there is no specific project or scope of work to review.  Rather this solicitation is issued as a prospective award for utilization when any TIPS Member needs the goods or services offered during the life of the agreement.   IF YOU CURRENTLY HOLD TIPS CONTRACT 211201 PAPER FOR PRINTING AND COPYING ("211201"), YOU MUST RESPOND TO THIS SOLICITATION TO PREVENT LAPSE OF CONTRACT UNLESS YOU HOLD ANOTHER CURRENT TIPS CONTRACT THAT COVERS ALL OF YOUR PAPER OFFERINGS.  THIS AWARDED CONTRACT WILL REPLACE YOUR EXPIRING TIPS CONTRACT 211201.    IF YOU HOLD ANOTHER TIPS CONTRACT OTHER THAN 211201 WHICH COVERS ALL OF YOUR PAPER OFFERINGS AND YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH IT, THERE IS NO NEED TO RESPOND TO THIS SOLICITATION UNLESS YOU PREFER TO HOLD BOTH CONTRACTS.
