The City of Chesapeake, through its Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department (hereinafter “PRT”) is seeking qualifications, excluding costs, from qualified park and open space planning and multi-disciplinary firms with experience in park and open space planning, landscape architecture, public engagement, park master planning, and detailed park design and documentation to support the PRT’s planning, design, and construction of various park development, improvement and enhancement projects throughout the City’s park system on a project-to-project or ‘on-call’ basis.
