Notice of Intent to Sole Source Parking Services Renewal This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award a Sole Source contract for the services of LAZ Parking, on behalf of the Department of State, Bureau of Public Affairs, Rapid Response Unit (RRU). The estimated period of performance is twelve (12) months. This contract will be under NAICS code 812930 to LAZ Parking LTD, LLC 15 Lewis St FL5 Hartford, CT 06103-2500. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, 41 USC 253(c) (1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, LAX Parking is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. 24 hour access garage is needed for employees with shifts starting between 3:00-5:00AM, prior to public transportation availability. This service will be provided in Washington D.C. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
