This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number TGT-33090-09-0003 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The NAICS is 812930. The small business size standard is $6.5 Million. STATEMENT OF WORK: The Bureau of Public Debt on behave of Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration, (TIGTA) has a requirement for the rental of thirteen (13) parking spaces for the period of October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009. The contractor shall provide indoor parking spaces that have the following features: 24 hour, 7 days a week access; 24 hour security; Parking location should be within close physical proximity, one block, to the office to enable quick accessibility and response to emergency situates; Assigned spaces; Keys will not be left with attendants (due to the sensitive equipment installed in law enforcement vehicles); Vehicles will be locked at all times; Vehicles cannot be double parked as this could cause unknown delays exiting the facility and unauthorized access to vehicles by attendants. The parking boundaries required are within a one-block radius of: 201 Varick Street, New York, NY 10014. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on technically compliant low price.
