Solicitation # 2018 Munson Packman Boat Repower
The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation is soliciting proposals for the complete repower of a 30 foot Munson landing craft. The selected contractor will be responsible for the decommissioning and removal of two existing Honda BF250A outboard engines and the procurement and installation of two new Honda BF250D Drive-by-Wire outboards. The vessel will be delivered via trailer to the contractor facility, which must provide a secure, fenced yard or indoor shop. Award evaluation is based on a weighted criteria of cost, technical expertise, and TERO status, with a preference for Colville Business Enterprises. Proposals must be submitted in PDF format by November 13, 2026. This small business set-aside acquisition involves the procurement of up to 400 boats for the USCG and 100 modified variants for other federal agencies.
