The contract specifies FOB Origin terms and requires inspection and acceptance at the point of origin. The government has assigned a testing cost of 24,740.00 dollars, which will be factored into the evaluation of offers. The contract includes stringent regulatory requirements, including CMMC Level 2 certification, ITAR and EAR export controls, and adherence to the Berry Amendment and Buy American Act. Packaging must comply with ASTM D3951 and MIL-STD-129, and all invoicing must be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow system.
