The required quantity is 213 each, to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required. Based on Market Research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capabilities to satisfy the Governments requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation will be available on or about 12/2/2013 at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. The required delivery for quantity of 213 each is 60 days.
