The purpose of this Call Order is to implement an assessment/process evaluation of the current operations of the PATH Study Team (CTP and NIDA) to identify areas for improved efficiencies so they can achieve the highest level of performance using existing resources. The evaluation will (1) identify ways to streamline PATH Study processes and reduce duplication of effort both within the Study and with other efforts at CTP; (2) identify tasks or assignments that are not essential to CTP's current vision for the PATH Study; (3) clearly articulate current roles and responsibilities of the PATH Study Team (CTP and NIDA), as well as roles and responsibilities within CTP's PATH Branch; and (4) identify and reduce gaps in coordination between the PATH Study and other CTP tasks and activities (e.g., collaboration with other TRS entities, budget formulation processes, utilization of the data by other CTP entities, other CTP data sources); and (5) clearly articulate proposed roles and responsibil
