Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase OR patient positioning products and related items from Soule Co. a Premier GPO contract # PPOR2408 dated 8/1/2024 - 07/31/2027 contract awarded pursuant to their authority under section 163(3)(vi), which authorizes the purchase of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors who sell the equivalent products may, if interested, contact the Officer listed below to discuss the procurement. Concurrent with GPO contract period 08/01/2024 through 07/31/2027. In the event that contract# PPOR2408 is extended, SUNY Stony Brook reserves the right to extend the resulting agreement for the same term.
