London and Middlesex Community Housing is seeking a contractor for asphalt pavement replacement and site improvements at 345 and 349 Wharncliffe Rd. N. in London, Ontario. The scope of work includes localized asphalt base replacement to a depth of 300 mm, the placement of new asphalt in two lifts, localized curb replacement with 10M reinforcing bars, and the installation of a 150 mm deep reinforced concrete entrance apron.
