Winter Maintenance Services RFP

London & Middlesex Community Housing (LMCH) is soliciting proposals under RFP 2026-0042 for comprehensive winter maintenance services across its housing portfolio. The final selection is based on the highest combined score of technical and pricing evaluations. Pricing is administered via a fixed seasonal rate for core services, though the contract includes provisions for snow hauling and additional materials. Awarded contractors must maintain significant insurance coverage, including 5 million dollars in Commercial General Liability and 2 million dollars in Auto insurance, and provide valid WSIB clearance.
