Fermi Forward Discovery Group (FFDG) Strategic Commercial Purchasing located in Batavia, Illinois issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a commercial, single award contract to be shipped to Batavia, Illinois Warehouse 2. This is a /solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.


Fermi Forward Discovery Group (FFDG) intends to award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This is an all-or-non requirement, and the government will award a single purchase order to the offeror responsible whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed within this solicitation.


  1. PCL 1020 Cartridges mixed bed purification cartridge designed for oxygen and organic contaminant removal in laboratory and analytical purification systems. Manufactured in a PCS-style configuration and serves as a replacement for Barnstead Model D8811 Cartridges                                                                 QTY 10

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.


Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 2 September 2026. Such capabilities /qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A decision by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the government.
