SOQ DUE: By 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 28, 2025. Submit SOQs electronically via the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) webpage. The SOQs will be opened after the submission deadline. RSOQ AVAILABLE: The RSOQ will be available on June 30, 2025, on the Utah Public Procurement Place (“U3P”) website. Any modifications to the RSOQ or responses to questions submitted will be added as an addendum to the RSOQ posted on U3P. It is the responsibility of Respondents to regularly check for addenda. QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this RSOQ must be submitted in writing to the Utah Public Procurement Place (“U3P”) website by 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 18, 2025.
