This Sources Sought notice is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement of services for Woodward Micronet Upgrade Kits to the LHD/A Machinery Control Systems (MCS) in accordance with the attached DRAFT Statement of Work. Specifications are listed in the attached Sources Sought Notice.


SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required materials described in the Sources Sought Attachment.


NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to jenny.e.tomeo.civ@us.navy.mil by 06:00PM EST, 25 May 2026.


Responses shall list "N64498-26-SIMACQ-PD-51-0128" in the subject line. No phone calls shall be accepted.


This notice is for market research purposes only and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal.
