ADES plans to introduce employment services to the federally incarcerated medium/maximum security reentry populations. ADES is seeking information to improve the labor market outcomes by creating a potential partnership with organizations who have experience providing peer mentoring inside prisons, and/or other areas in the community.ADES is exploring procurement options for Certified Peer Mentor providers to provide mentoring inside the prisons during Stage 1, and in the Residential Reentry Centers (RRC) during Stage 2 and Stage 3 (Remotely is only an option for Stage 2 and Stage 3). Peer Mentoring services will be coordinated by ADES and will require individuals who have a flexible schedule and can travel.
