Peer Support Training and Consultation Services

The Naval Criminal Investigative Service at Quantico, Virginia is seeking a Base plus four option years contract for Peer Support Training and Consultation Services under solicitation N63285-26-Q-S105, structured as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5 and NAICS code 621330. In addition to the mandated annual session, the contractor must provide up to 16 hours of optional senior leader and executive training, monthly ongoing training for Peer Support Team members, and ad hoc training focused on emotional and psychological impacts following critical incidents. The contractor is also required to offer 24/7/365 coaching, consulting, and mentoring support to Peer Support Team members via email, telephone, or video conferencing, ensuring real-time assistance during and after incidents, including conducting Critical Incident After Action Reviews. All services must incorporate modernized techniques and technologies and align with updated best practices in peer support. The contract includes annual travel allowances capped at $10,000 per year for the base and each option year, billed under the Joint Travel Regulations. Deliverables include a kickoff meeting within one week of award, draft and final training materials submitted three and one week before training respectively, and a monthly training schedule provided within two weeks of award.
