(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 192120VHQ4CCC0009 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-02. (iv) This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 453998 and small business size standard in millions of dollars is $8.0. (v) Below is the list of line item numbers and items, quantities, and units of measure: (i) 0001, Item: Pelican Products, Inc., Part No.: 1500-004-110 Description: Pelican 1504 Black Quantity: 70, Unit of Measure (U/M): Each (EA); (ii) 0002, Item: Pelican Products, Inc., Part No.: 1650-020-110; Description: Pelican 1650 Black, Pick 'N' Pluck Foam: Quantity: 70, Unit of Measure (U/M): Each (EA) (iii) 0003, Item: Pelican Products, Inc., Part No.: 1120-000-110; Description: Pelican 1120 Black, Pick 'N' Pluck Foam; Quantity: 70, Unit of Measure (U/M): Each (EA) (iv) 0004, Item: Pelican Products, Inc., Part No.: 076000-0000-110; Description: Pelican 7600 Tactical Flashlight Black; Quantity: 70, Unit of Measure (U/M): Each (EA) (v) 0005, Item: Pelican Products, Inc., Part No.: 1506; Description: Pelican 1506TSA Lock; Quantity: 400, Unit of Measure (U/M): Each (EA) (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Pelican Products, Incorporated, equipment cases, flashlights and locks; (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point: The required date of delivery is by March 2, 2020, to 11320 Random Hills Road, Suite 400, Fairfax, VA 22030, and the FOB point is destination; (viii) Statement regarding Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.212, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial: the FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and no addenda has been made to the provision. (ix) Statement regarding FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items: FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, does not apply to the anticipated order. Evaluation criteria to be used is award under this acquisition will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The Government will evaluate the lowest quote and if acceptable, evaluations will cease, and award will be made. All or none. A quote for all items is required to be considered for award; (x) Statement regarding provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items: The Offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) accessed through https://www.sam.gov. (ii) To be considered for award quoters shall submit their quote on the attached Attachment 3 - Pricing, to be considered for award. (iii) The RFQ is - All or none. A quote for all items is required to be considered for award. (xiv) Statement regarding the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating: DPAS ratings are not applicable to this acquisition.
