Special Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source: The 2d Contracting Squadron at Barksdale AFB, LA intends to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price Contract to Teeco Safety, Inc. under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) & 13.501(a)(1)(iii). Market research was conducted and it has been determined that this is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is after 25-Sep-17. This is NOT a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. No contract award will be made on the basis of this notice.
