This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis to allow for full and open competition. The associated NAICS code for this is 325413. Offeror must also be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.211.1 lack of registeration in SAM will qualify contract as ineligible for award.
