This contract action provides notification of issuance of a 5-year Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract on a sole source basis to General Electric (GE), (CAGE 99207), Lynn, MA, 01905, for the procurement of parts, spares, and repairs in support of F/A-18E/F and EA-18G model aircraft used by the Department of the Navy (Navy). The Statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
