Pearl Harbor National Memorial’s newly instituted Recreation Fee program is projected to bring in gross revenue in excess of $1.5M annually. Several of the proposed PERL projects are large in scale or recurring in nature and require a significant time commitment and expertise to oversee. The FLREA Administrative/Overhead staff are integral to ensuring high quality project submittals, project reporting, and expenditure auditing that is comprehensive and accurate.
