Acquisition of a software solution to execute Permanent Change of Station (PCS) relocation management system while seamlessly interfacing with Coast Guard Financial and Human Resource management systems, ensuring complete data integrity and fiscal accountability. The objective is to modernize and streamline the entire relocation lifecycle for uniform and civilian members. For this requirement, the vendor must: - Provide a cloud solution that has achieved and maintains a Provisional Authorization (PA) from the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) at Impact Level 4. - The solution must ensure and maintain full compliance with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and United States Coast Guard Supplement to the JTR (CGS-JTR) for domestic and overseas moves.
