This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number DJD-16-TR-0142 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-85-02. This is a full and open competitive requirement under NAICS 423840. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the following items: Item 0001: Kit, Radio Interface, Single, Audipack 16462 - Quantity of 6 Each. Item 0002: Superlite, 60 min, 4500 PSI Carbon Wrapped Cylinder - Quantity of 6 Each. Item 0003: Airhawk II, 4500psi, 60-Min Carbon Cyl, Kevlar Harness, Lumbar Pad, PTC Regulator, Amp RI, Ultra Elite Hycar Medium Face piece w/ Nose Cup, Cloth Neck Strap, Soft Case - Quantity of 6 Each. Items shall be quoted on an all or none basis. Partial quotes will not be accepted. All shipping costs shall be included with the quote. This requirement is for Brand Name Only. No substitutions will be accepted. Offerors must be able to meet the technical specifications of Items 0001, 0002, and 0003 for consideration. Offer shall provide complete shipments only. Partial shipments are not accepted. FOB Destination. The attached Provisions and Clauses are applicable to this requirement. The Government anticipates award of a single, firm-fixed price Purchase Order, based on the Lowest Price. All quotes will be evaluated. Award will be made based on the best overall value to the Government. The deadline for questions is Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 11:00am. EST. All questions shall be submitted electronically to the Contract Support Specialist, Ebony Jones at contact@example.gov. All questions and answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. The deadline for quotes is Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 5:00pm EST. All quotes shall be emailed to the Contract Support Specialist, Ebony Jones at contact@example.gov. The proposal must be signed by an official authorized to bind the Offeror, and it shall contain a statement to the effect that the proposal is firm for a period of 90 days from the established due date. This solicitation does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of proposals or to contract for the supplies/services.
