Field Office is 4,200 sq. ft. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note: The Offeror shall submit a proposal based on the CLIN structure provided in this Solicitation. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The International Boundary and Water Commission is seeking a price quote for Pest Control Services at the USIBWC Amistad Dam Field Office, located at 670 Texas Spur 349, Del Rio, TX 78840 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is, 325320 - Pest Control Services. The PSC is S207. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this sector is 1,150 employees. The government will award to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsive, and responsible offeror. Vendors must provide a 2-3-page document outlining their experience and capabilities in performing Janitorial Services. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this requirement. Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Clause 52.232-18 (APR 1984) Availability of Funds. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred because of this request for proposal. Period of Performance: This requirement is being procured as a base period with four (4) executable option periods. Optional periods will be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) is a secure, web-based system provided by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Fiscal Service in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. IPP is available at no cost to any commercial vendor or independent contractor doing business with a participating government agency.
