PG&E HDD Project at Salmon Creek (35056808 R20A) - 2025 (Notification of Lake or Streambed Alteration, No. EPIMS-SON-55357-R3)

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SON-55357-R3 for the Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) regarding the PG&E HDD Project at Salmon Creek in Sonoma County. This regulatory approval, issued pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code, modifies the original project scope to abandon the installation of the electrical line and associated bore hole below Salmon Creek and its unnamed tributary. Instead, the project will now install the electrical conduit on the existing bridge crossing Salmon Creek. The scope of work includes abandoning the existing horizontal directional drill bore hole and restoring Salmon Creek to its pre-project conditions. This amendment is issued under statutory and categorical exemptions Classes 3 and 4 of CCR Title 14, sections 15303 and 15304, as it involves only minor alterations to land and water.
