Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. Correctional Services Canada (CSC) requires a service of a contractor to replace the C33 loading dock at the Saskatchewan Penitentiary in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. The renovation of the C33 loading dock will include the selective demolition of existing loading dock components and the construction of a new enclosed loading dock. The new addition will have a structural cast-in-place concrete foundation supported by helical piles and a structural steel frame roof structure with metal-clad walls and roof covering. Additionally, landscaping and rainwater drainage work will be carried out in the vicinity of the loading dock. Mechanical works will include the modification of existing stormwater lines, installation of a portable fire extinguisher, and a new ventilation system. Electrical work will involve adding lighting and a lighting control system, branch devices, mechanical equipment and power connections complete with branch wiring and conduits. The fire alarm system will also be part of the electrical system and ancillaries.
