Notes: Proposer must submit the Proposer Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and attachments by Thursday, September 17, 2026, 2:00 PM PST to the Purchasing Department via email to BIDS@LosRios.edu. Only approved, qualified Proposers will be allowed to participate in the competitive solicitation process to submit a formal bid response in Phase 2. Proposer notification regarding qualification status will be available no later than Friday, September 25, 2026.A MANDATORY pre-bid job walk is scheduled for approved, qualified Proposers Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 10:00AM (PST). Attendance at the pre-bid conference is REQUIRED, as it will be the only opportunity for bidders to review the bidding documents with the Consultants and District.Requests for information (RFIs): Any and all questions must be submitted through the PlanetBids system no later than Friday, October 2, 2026 12:00 PM (PST).
