Full Description

The scope of the contract covers all vessels assigned to NAVSEA Inactive Ship On-Site Maintenance Office Philadelphia, PA and CG/LSD Modernization Detachment Norfolk. The Contractor shall furnish direct labor, supervision, administrative support, materials and supplies, vehicles, tools and equipment as specified herein to operate and maintain the NAVSEA Inactive Ships On-site Maintenance Office (INACTSHIPMAINTO) at Philadelphia, PA, in accordance with the requirements stated in this solicitation. This includes receipt, inspection, survey, maintenance, and disposal of Naval vessels. In addition, the Contractor may perform structural, mechanical and electrical modifications to vessels in support of experimental use programs, berthing vessel programs and conversions as specified by the program sponsor. Work outside the Philadelphia, PA site will be at remote sites including but not limited to the Norfolk VA. However, the inventory may change during the performance of the contract and the Contractor will be responsible for performing the scope of work on all vessels.
