Full Description
This is a non-personal services contract for the rebuild of two (2) live- fire turning target control systems consisting of eight (8) turning targets within four (4) lanes located at Phillips Range, Fort Benning, GA. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, programming, and incidentals necessary to remove the existing target control system components (controls, remotes, wiring, and associated electrical hardware) and design, fabricate, install, program, test, validate, and place into full operational service two (2)new turning target control systems on Phillips Range, in accordance with this PWS.
