Photovoltaic System (SOLAR PANELS PLANT SYSTEM)

The U.S. Embassy in Nouakchott is seeking a contractor to perform preventive maintenance on its photovoltaic system under a firm fixed-price contract identified by solicitation number 19MR6026Q0005. The work involves routine inspection, cleaning, and adjustment of solar panels, inverters, combiner boxes, disconnects, and control systems to ensure optimal performance in accordance with manufacturer specifications and IEC 62446-1:2016 standards. Services are to be delivered on-site at the embassy compound, including the Warehouse, Utility Building, and Parking areas, with all personnel required to obtain prior government approval for site access and to wear issued identification cards. The contract is structured with a one-year base period and four optional one-year extensions, totaling up to five years, though pricing for the base and all option years remains unfilled as this is a solicitation requiring offerors to submit their own cost proposals. All maintenance must use new, unused, OEM-approved parts, and no repairs or hardware substitutions are permitted without prior written approval from the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
